1. Availability of Forms
Nursery Admission Forms will be available at the school office/website from 10/10/2025 to 31/10/2025 during office hours 8am to 1pm.

2. Submission Deadline
The duly filled-in application form, along with required documents, must be submitted on or before 31/10/2025. Forms submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. Documents Required
The following documents must be submitted along with the application form:
– A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate.
– A copy of the child’s Aadhar Card.
– A copy of the child’s Caste Certificate.
– Two recent passport-size photographs of the child.
– Address proof of parents/guardians (Aadhaar card, electricity bill, etc.).
– Copy of parents’ ID proof.
– Any other document as specified by the school.

4. Eligibility Criteria
– The child should be above 3 years by 31/03/2026.
– Admission will be subject to verification of age and documents.

5. Form Fee
A non-refundable fee of ₹ 200/- is to be paid at the time of collecting/submitting the form.

6. Mode of Submission
Forms may be submitted in person at the school office.

7. Incomplete Applications
Incomplete or incorrect forms will be rejected without prior notice.

8. Acknowledgement
On submission, parents will receive an acknowledgment slip which must be retained for all future correspondence.

9. Admission Process
Submission of the admission form does not guarantee admission. Selection will be based on school policy and availability of seats.
